Fuel Pump Guide
A rough guide to the types of pump fitted to the MGB. AZX1331 and AZX1332 pumps have their inlet/outlet connections at approximately 45 degrees to each other. The later AZX1318 and AZX1307 units have inlet/outlet connections that are side-by-side (parallel) with “Banjo” style connections. When ordering a fuel pump it is always wise to check the type of pump currently fitted to the vehicle and not rely entirely on the chassis numbers given.
